Summary

On his trip Kimijima Kazushi approached a guy, Higaki just out of loneliness for some conversation... After spending some time he learned Higaki possessed the power of the sea which could bewitch and control people... Higaki got scared by his drunken mistake tried to brush it off and run away but to his surprise got surprisingly accepted by Kazushi... who claimed to not bothered by his supernatural power.
