Summary

In the 6th year of the Enka era, a scientist invented Myther, a device designed to create an ideal personality. With it, people could become their ideal selves and break away from their weak selves. However, underneath the surface, Myther Crime - a hidden social issue - has emerged, where those who abuse Myther suffer from their minds breaking, before carrying out horrific acts of violence. Kyo of Special Intelligence Agency, directly controlled by the Japanese authorities, works from the shadows to fight against these crimes. All for the sake of loyalty to the authorities...
