Summary

Orrin Edwards, renowned as a "Sage" famed for nurturing exceptional talent, grew weary of the academy head's power harassment and left the institution he had served for many years. His chosen second life is one of pioneering on a mysterious island known as the "Island of Calamity."​Joined by his former student Patricia, Orrin embarks on an investigation of the island. He gradually draws closer to the island's truth, encountering indigenous people and discovering inexplicable shipwrecks. Meanwhile, upon hearing rumors of Orrin's retirement, his former students—now central figures in the nation and celebrated as the "Golden Generation"—begin to gather one after another! And so, the leisurely island life of the retired Sage is about to begin!
