Summary

Every year, the lowest ranking student at an all-boys school for delinquents takes on the role of the Student Relations Representative. His job: to reduce the number of rape cases by relieving the students' sexual tension. This year, Nishizawa finds himself appointed as the Student Relations Representative, as even though his behavior is exemplary, he is a complete failure when it comes to academics.
