A lot of these historical romances will start off as like the typical romance: dukes, princes, saints, duchess, etc and they get together blah blah blah... But then like I the middle or just randomly they change into like a magic fantasy action adventure type manwha, and I'm an a lover of action but seriously... It's a romance, the FL really didn't need to develop random ass powers in the middle of the series. I'd rather you just ended it quick than do this bullshit ass ark where the FL like idk does power stuff. Or like the FL is actually the end of the world or like she's got some dark monsters in her ( ehm my villain finance is interfering with my flowery path). I don't even really know what's happing rn in that manwha because it's just SO BORING. The beginning of the manwha was great, typical historical romance with hints of mystery and just overall really interesting and then all of a sudden she's friends with the original FL and she got monsters in her and she gonna end the world or some shit, idk I haven't been able to properly read it because it's just so unbearable. Does anyone else act like this or is it just me. And I know if I hate it so much I should drop it but, the beginnings characters and plot was just so good it feels like a waste to drop it now when it could possibly reach that beginning glory.
