II/ A few note
1. If two user provide covers for same manga we will choose best on accordance with staff’s opinion. we may works on function for everyone to upload and vote if most users seem to be enjoying this.
2. we do not allow 18+ gif cover at the moment. "ecchi, sexy? = yes, maybe" "adult, 18+ = no"
3. we accept gif at any setting, but to save time of our staff, please consider using ezgif.com to resize your image to 320px wide, compress/optimize it, convert it to webp animated image that lower than 2mb
