Looking for a bl manga

The mc runs a small family store and lives in a remote (seaside?) town with his family. He meets a man from Tokyo, who is traveling alone, and ends up hosting him. MC's father has mobility issues and is mostly bedridden. MC and his mother takes care of his father. MC also cooks meals for ML. The story follows their relationship as ML eventually leave for Tokyo and MC eventually travel to Tokyo to reunite with ML. ML is younger than MC as far as I remember. Please help me find this manga T_T
